Paid private events at the Bayview Community Center
Upper Room
Full A/V system with projector and sound system. Seats 85 with tables and chairs, seats 105 with chairs only.
$100/hr 2hr minimum
Additional hours: $100.00 per hour
Key Deposit: $125.00 fully refundable with key return and clean final room inspection.
Lower Room
Seats 36 with tables and chairs. Â Bathrooms available upstairs.
$65.00/hr, two hour minimum
Additional hours: $65 per hour
Key Deposit:Â $125.00 fully with key return and clean final room inspection.
Add-Ons
Food Service Area Cold dish preparation and hot dish warming only. No cooking allowed. Flat rate: $55 and only in conjunction with rental of the main hall
Seasonal Gardens: Flat rate $55.00 and only in conjunction with the rental of the main hall.
Lower Level rental in conjuntion with rental of the main hall $50 flat rate
All rentals are subject to 6% tax
Paid private classes offered at the Bayview Community Center
Instructors may rent the Center to offer free or fee-based classes and workshops to the community. Upper room has full A/V system with projector and sound system and seats 85 with tables and chairs, or 105 with chairs only. Â Lower room seats 36 with tables and chairs.
Instructor Pays: Â $15.00 per hour for use of the Center if it is a fee based class.
Instructors set their own prices for classes.
Book the Center
If you have further questions or would like to book the Bayview Community Center for an event, please send us a message. Please note the Center is a no smoking facility and “pack it in, pack it out” rules apply including garbage. It must be cleaned after rental is completed, by the renter. No Janitorial services are provided. No hard liquor is allowed unless provided by a licensed caterer.
