Attention to those who enjoy the use of the Center!
Beginning May 1, 2026, the Bayview Community Center Foundation Board of Directors have implemented a new policy for use of the Center. This decision was made to help defray the increasing costs of operating the facility. This minimal fee will be collected for each activity to which this new policy applies.
Envelopes will be provided to each group and we request the fees collected be placed in the envelope, with the date noted on the front, and dropped into the donation box at the end of each activity.
Bayview Community Center Usage Fee Structure for Regularly Scheduled Groups
The Bayview Community Center has established a fee policy for groups that hold regularly scheduled activities within its facilities. Any group or individual that organizes ongoing events — such as educational sessions, enrichment programs, or sporting and health related activities — will be required to pay a fee of $1 per attendee for each use of the Center.
Fee for Use of Storage and Bathroom Facilities Only
Groups that do not utilize the main areas of the Center but make regular use of the storage and bathroom facilities will be subject to a flat fee of $10 per month.
