The holidays have passed and winter has anchored itself firmly. It’s time to take stock of our lives and make the changes we see as necessary to attain our personal best. The Center has a few physical health improvement courses to help you in this way. On Mondays and Thursdays at 9am there is a video based yoga class proctored by Diane Ryan. Comfortable and loose clothing, a mat, rug or blanket are a good start to enjoy these sessions. If you have any questions please contact Diane at [email protected].
Jorja Auten conducts FIT exercise sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm. Any questions regarding the FIT program please contact Jorja at [email protected]. Tai Chi continues to be held on Fridays at 9:30am taught by Karl Andreasson. Any questions about Tai Chi, please contact Karl at [email protected]. The Center has an opportunity to offer belly dance lessons. These probably would be held in the evenings but no time has been set as of yet. If you are interested please email or call me at the above address or phone number.

For those of you who enjoy games, Carol Trueblood is proctoring Maj Jong, an incredibly intense game of tiles. Since the sessions require 4 players per game please contact Carol if you have interest. Her email is [email protected]. Anyone interested in holding game sessions at the Center which are open to anyone and are free, please contact me for open times.
