Beware of the dreaded lurgies, it is here in our community. If you are feeling weak, achy, feverish, please get yourself to an urgent care or your doctor. There are too many folks that are in grave peril from this flu. So please take care of yourself and your loved ones. Make sure you keep hydrated and get plenty of rest and don’t delay seeing a healthcare professional.
Events of the week are as follows:
Bible Chapel Services: Sunday 9:30am and 10:30am
AA meeting: Sunday 7pm, lower room
Walking group: Monday, Friday 9am, end of Hudson Bay Rd., weather permitting
Yoga: Monday 9am, Tuesday 9am lower room, Thursday 9am
BABS Meeting: Tuesday, 9:30am
PiYo: Wednesday, Thursday 8am
LOU: Wednesday Noon, roast stuffed pot roast
Singing Group: Wednesday 6:30pm
Bible Chapel Prayer Mtg: Wednesday 7pm, lower room
Tai Chi: Friday 9:30am
Bunco: Saturday 1pm
